Cancellation Policy
You can cancel your appointment up to 72 hours before your scheduled time. However, if you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice, the full service fee will be charged. While we will make every effort to find a replacement for your slot, if we are unable to do so, the full fee remains applicable. We appreciate your understanding!
